CD/DVD Replication

Replication is the manufacturing process of creating a Glass Master from your supplied input data, and then growing a metal stamper.
From this stamper CDs/ DVDs are pressed and then metalised and laquered to produce a finished disc, ready for printing.
Printing options
Once your CD / DVD is pressed is can be printed - At Treadstone we offer screen and litho printing with no premium for litho print.
Screen printing is suitable for Block colours / Text and pantone colours where as Litho printing achieves Picture quality 4 colour print to add that ‘Wow’ factor to any project.
